1. Complete the Intake Form

Start by filling out our secure online intake form.

This provides your medical history, wellness goals, and consent to treatment.

2. Complete a Virtual Good Faith Exam (GFE)

Michigan law requires a brief medical clearance before IV therapy.  This virtual visit ensures you’re a safe candidate for treatment.

  There are two options:

   •    Schedule a GFE in advance with a licensed Nurse Practitioner.  This option allows for more personalized care and services.  This allows time for labs to be ordered if needed.  Please mention you would like labs and personalization on intake form.  

   •    Choose on-demand to be placed in a virtual waiting room for the next available provider (may take longer)

Each Good Faith Exam will be about 15 minutes, HIPAA-compliant, and costs $39, paid directly to the provider.

3. Lab Work (Only If Needed)

In some cases, labs may be recommended — or required — before your infusion.

   •    If labs are needed, you’ll choose which labs to proceed with based on your provider’s recommendations. 

   •    Labs will be shipped directly to your home.

   •    Payment is completed through our website before shipment.

   •    Labs can be drawn at any outpatient lab location you prefer.

After reviewing your results, we are able to give you individualized guidance to maximize the benefits of your treatment.

Note: Labs are optional for most infusions — but required for a select few, based on safety and clinical best practices.
