This HIPAA Privacy Policy outlines how your Protected Health Information (PHI) may be used and

disclosed by Nirvana Holistics, LLC, and how you can get access to this information.

Who We Are

Nirvana Holistics, LLC is a mobile IV hydration and wellness provider based in Kingsley, Michigan.

We provide services exclusively at the client's location. For mileage and service area calculations,

Traverse City, Michigan is used as our central hub.

Our Responsibilities Under HIPAA

We are required by law to:

- Maintain the privacy and security of your PHI
